RJK Explorations Ltd. Is a mineral exploration company originally formed in 1922. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of early stage mineral resource properties in Canada. The Company’s current focus is on gold, uranium and base metals with its mineral properties located in Ontario and Manitoba. The Company continues to evaluate and will acquire additional properties as the venture capital and opportunities present themselves.

The Company is a reporting issuer in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Tier II reporting issuer. The Company has one wholly owned subsidiary, (“Minera RJK, S.A.”) incorporated under the laws of Venezuela, in August 1998. This subsidiary is inactive.
