Kirkland Lake, Ontario – December 9, 2020 – RJK Explorations Ltd. (RJK: RJX.A, US OTC: RJKAF) is pleased to announce the diamond and indicator results from work completed at CF Mineral Research Ltd (CFM), Kelowna, BC., an ISO 9001:2015 certified and 17025:2005 compliant laboratory. CFM carried out attrition milling, heavy mineral processing, picking and electron microprobe analysis to identify and probe for diamond indicator minerals and caustic fusion for microdiamond analysis from three sample batches totalling 165 kilograms recovered from four drill holes.

Dr. Charles Fipke commented, “The Paradis kimberlite our lab tested has indicator mineral chemistry that appears to me to be similar to that found at the Letšeng diamond mine in Lesotho, Africa. RJK will be sending CFM additional material from the larger 4-ton sample currently being processed in Thunder Bay which may give me a better indication of its chemistry.”

Africa’s Letšeng diamond mine in Lesotho is unique in that it produces the highest percentage of large diamonds and the highest dollar value per carat of all the diamond mines worldwide. Additional testing and analysis of the Paradis indicator minerals is ongoing, but this news from CF Mineral Research reinforces RJK’s hypothesis that one of the Company’s newly discovered kimberlites could be the source of the 800 carat Nipissing Diamond.

GEOTECHNICAL DATA

A total of 1,914 grains were picked as potential kimberlite indicator minerals. From the heavy mineral concentrates, 283 grains were probed and classified into 6 diamond indicator minerals: olivine/forsterite, chromite and high titanium chromite, clinopyroxene, peridotitic pyroxene, eclogitic garnet and peridotitic garnet. Of the 283 microprobe analyses, 83 grains possibly formed in the diamond stability field along with the diamonds. They are classified as follows: 18 were diamond inclusion olivine/forsterite; 2 were G9 eclogitic garnets believed to originate between 150 km to 200 km depths; 8 were diamond inclusion clinopyroxenes; 17 kimberlite chromites including 7 high titanium chromites, 10 were G10 peridotitic garnets; 2 were diamond inclusion G11 garnets.

A total of 5 microdiamonds were recovered and all stones are described as: natural, white, chip with adamantine lustre, very strong colour emission with no inclusions. One diamond from holes PP-20-03/04 is described as an irregular crystal with fractured surface, weakly yellow with adamantine lustre, very strong colour emission with no inclusions. Of particular significance is the diamond bearing Paradis kimberlite may have originated in the upper mantle passing through both group 1 and group 2 eclogitic magma fields and therefore can assimilate both group 1 and group 2 eclogitic clinopyroxenes and garnets. This is supported by observations of 18 olivine/forsterite grains that classify in all diamond inclusion fields and 2 G9 eclogitic and 16 high pressure megacrystic garnets associated with diamond formation at depths of about 200 km or more. Diamonds have been reported in all thin wall BQ cored intervals where core recoveries averaged 57% due to the unconsolidated, water-saturated nature of the kimberlite formations. The 7 high titanium chromites are also unique only to kimberlites and lamproites.

The sample from drill holes PP-20-03/04 are located at the north end of the Paradis conductance trend, approximately 350 m west of the sample sites reported in RJK’s April 1st press release. The samples from holes PP-20-08 and -09 are located approximately 650 m southeast of holes PP-20-03 / 04.

Glenn Kasner, President, stated “To find diamonds in every small sample we have sent for analysis is a great start. Learning the indicator minerals in Paradis show similarities to kimberlites in Lesotho is also encouraging. Using the Company’s research, we can now zero-in on targets with small diameter core drilling to test for kimberlite bodies with minimal time and expenditure. RJK intends to test additional targets over the next few weeks before taking a break for the Christmas holidays. Given the position of the kimberlite discoveries below the shallow overburden, we intend to take additional bulk samples of our new discoveries in 2021.”

QA/QC PROTOCOLS

RJK operates a secure core processing facility located in Haileybury, Ontario. RJK personnel retrieve the core boxes from the project field sites liaising with the drilling contractor on a daily basis. The drilling contractor is coring with BTW rods and drilling bits are set with 100% synthetic diamonds readily identifiable by lab technicians. And Drill Core is stored on internal racks ready for labelling and photographing followed by geotechnical measurements of the core including core recovery, validating core block intervals, RQD and magnetic susceptibility determinations. Geological logging consists of identifying the overburden bedrock interface which is critical for logging the Paradis kimberlite. Geologic observations include quantifying the distribution of country rock clasts and xenocrysts and microscopic observations of the kimberlite matrix to identify indicator minerals recorded on a percentage basis. Key geologic and structural contacts are noted. Batch shipments are prepared for analysis by loading whole core in 3 m intervals into rice bags and segregated hole by hole. The palletized batches are weighed and shrink wrapped for pickup by a bonded freight carrier with shipping manifest ready for delivery to CF Mineral Research Ltd in Kelowna, B.C.

Mr. Peter Hubacheck, P. Geo., Project Manager for RJK and the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 has approved the geotechnical disclosure in this release.

Kirkland Lake, Ontario – June 5, 2020 – RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSXV: RJX.A, US OTC: RJKAF) Is pleased to announce that it will resume its drill program for kimberlites on their Cobalt project with in the next two weeks. During the Covid19 shutdown geophysical contractors completed a survey that identified several well defined IP anomalies. These anomalies are proximal to the Nipissing Diabase / Granite contact as well as the kimberlite breccia sill drilled in 2019 that contained the 18 diamonds reported in the RJK April 1, 2020 News Release.

These targets, along with other magnetic features up-ice of kimberlite float boulders south of Grassy Lake, will be the initial targets for the summer drill program. The processing of the 273 kg sample sent to CFM labs in Kelowna is ongoing and results are expected before the end of the month. More drilling is anticipated on the Kon claims later this summer.

In addition, RJK is completing a non-brokered flow-through private placement of up to $300,000 at a price of $0.20 per share. Proceeds of the offering will be used for mineral exploration on its Cobalt, Ontario area properties. The securities issued will be subject to a four-month statutory TSX-V hold period. Finders fees of 8% may be paid in connection to this private placement.

RJK is looking forward to resuming its drilling for kimberlites and initiating a summer alluvium and till sampling program on selective geological and geophysical target areas across its extensive land holdings.

Mr. Peter Hubacheck, P. Geo., Project Manager for RJK and the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 has approved the technical disclosure in this release.

Completed by CF Mineral Research Ltd., and Interpreted by Tony Bishop

Summary: EMP Data – Paradis Pond Core

EMP – Electron microprobe, analyses the various grains of interest in a kimberlite for specific levels of certain elements that match those found in kimberlites and/or found as inclusions in diamonds.

DSF – geochemical analysis can identify if the KIMs/DIMs were formed in the diamond stability field along with the diamonds.

In total, 28 grains have properties possibly sourcing from the diamond stability field.

The Paradis Pond kimberlite and other Bishop targets are located in the Temiskaming Rift Valley system, which continues to the Victor Diamond Mine in Attawapiskat, as well, both are emplaced into the central Archean Superior Craton.

If the 22.4 kg sample was an accurate representation of the source, the Ilmenite chemistry and other indicator mineral results from Paradis Pond signify the source should have low resorption, meaning diamonds were not burned in transport.

The detailed analysis of the 18 diamonds discovered by CFM Research in the Paradis Pond drill core contains proprietary and confidential information, and therefore has not been included in this report, but RJK has included one table of Charles E Fipke’s comments on some of the diamonds discovered.

Highlights of the results from 22.4 kg (~50 lbs) of core from Paradis Pond follow:

Cr – 10 chromites

Cr Ti – 1 chromite with high titanium – such grains are only derived from kimberlite or lamproite sources

Cr Si – 1 chromite with high silicon

Cr04 DI – 1 chromite with diamond inclusion composition, score 4 of 10 (DSF)

Il-Mn – 4 ilmenites with high manganese, produced during kimberlite emplacement

Il-Mn D10 – 8 ilmenites of diamond inclusion composition that overlaps with high manganese composition from non-diamond bearing sources

OP5 – 1 orthopyroxene, Group 5

OPx – 1 orthopyroxene

PIl – 10 picroilmenite, (magnesium) Mg-ilmenite, helps determine whether diamonds in the kimberlite were resorbed (burned up) in the kimberlite ascent. The PIl microprobe results (and surface features and texture of the grains) indicate very little resorption in the Paradis kimberlite; therefore, increases the chance of larger diamonds

CE CP2 – 1 eclogitic clinopyroxene, Group 2

CE CP4 – 3 eclogitic clinopyroxenes, Group 4

CE CP6 – 1 eclogitic clinopyroxene, Group 6

CPx – 1 clinopyroxene

CE*CP8 – 1 high pressure clinopyroxene of eclogitic paragenesis

CP CP2 Diam – 1 peridotitic clinopyroxene – diamond well indicated to be stable

CP CP2 Diam+ – 1 peridotitic clinopyroxene – diamond very well indicated to be stable

CP CP3 – 1 peridotitic clinopyroxene, Group 3

CP CP5 – 4 peridotitic clinopyroxene, Group 5

CP CP5 Gr – 1 peridotitic clinopyroxene – graphite very well indicated to be stable

CP CPx Diam – 4 peridotitic clinopyroxene – diamond well indicated to be stable

CP CPx Diam- – 3 peridotitic clinopyroxene – diamond moderately indicated to be stable

CP CPx G1 – 6 peridotitic clinopyroxene – graphite very well indicated to be stable

E G3 G2 – 1 eclogitic garnet, non-kimberlitic

E G3 LPM – 1 eclogitic garnet, probable low pressure, commonly from kimberlitic sources

E G3 LPM/G2 – 1 eclogitic garnet, could be kimberlitic or non-kimberlitic

E G5 Reg – 1 eclogitic garnet, probable regional garnet

E G9 G1/HPM – 1 high pressure megacryst eclogitic garnet in diamond overlap fields

E G9 HPM – 1 high pressure megacryst eclogitic garnet – commonly from kimberlite and lamproite, but also from other rock types (DSF)

E G9 HPM* – 2 high pressure megacryst eclogitic garnets (classifies as such in every field)

E G9 LPM* – 1 low pressure megacryst eclogitic garnet

P G9 – 3 peridotitic garnets, Group 9

P G9-1 – 9 peridotitic garnets, Gurney score 1 of 10

P G11 – 6 peridotitic garnets

P G11 D1 – 1 peridotitic garnet (in 9 or 10 of 20 diamond inclusion fields) (DSF)

P G11-1 – 33 peridotitic garnets, Gurney score 1

P G11-1 D10 – 2 peridotitic garnets, Gurney score 1 (in 7 or 8 diamond inclusion fields of 20) (DSF)

R G5 – 2 regional garnets

Kirkland Lake, Ontario – April 1, 2020 – RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSXV: RJX.A, US OTC: RJKAF) (“RJK” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that at least 18 natural diamonds, varying in colour, have been recovered in a 22.4 kg (50 lb) drill core sample. Four of the stones that appear natural are -0.212+0.150 mm in size. One is light yellow, one is light green and two are white in colour. These are mostly partially crystalline chips and are clear with single tiny inclusions in two of the stones. Seven of the stones thought to be natural are -0.150+0.106 mm in size. Five of these are clear white broken fragments, one is clear white with broken dodecahedral crystal faces and one is a light brown diamond fragment. Fifty-two diamonds were recovered that are -0.106 mm in size. Seven are tiny clear white chips thought to be natural. The remaining forty-five stones are described as tiny, clear yellow chips, but the tiny size limits determining whether or not these are synthetic stones from the drill bits used to recover the tested core, or alternately chips from natural stone(s). The mini-bulk sample was processed by CF Mineral Research Ltd. (CFM), an ISO 9001:2015 certified and 17025:2005 compliant laboratory, owned by Dr. Charles E. Fipke. This test result marks RJK’s first confirmation of diamonds in our search for the source of the 800-carat, yellow Nipissing Diamond.

Kimberlite indicator minerals (KIMs) were also separated and tested, returning materially important results. A total of 28 KIM grain determinations were identified, that commonly derive from kimberlite sources, originating in the “diamond stability field.” The diamond stability field is located from depths of about 200 km in the earth at the lower boundary of the continental lithosphere with the convecting mantle. From the heavy mineral concentrates, 164 grains were probed and classified into six diamond indicator minerals: chromite, high manganese ilmenite, peridotitic pyroxene, clinopyroxene, eclogitic garnet and peridotitic garnet. Of the 164 grains analysed by electromicroprobe, twenty-three were G10 peridotitic garnets, three were diamond inclusion G11 garnets, one was a G1 eclogitic garnet and one was a diamond inclusion chromite, all formed in the diamond stability field along with the diamonds. Of particular interest was the picroilmenite chemistry indicating only minor resorption of the diamonds present.

The mini bulk sample retested four short drill holes from the Paradis Pond target during RJK’s 2019 winter drilling campaign. A few core specimens had previously been sent to a mineral processing lab in the spring of 2019, who reported that they were unable to see any minerals that would indicate this rock had sourced any mantle material based on visual inspection only. RJK then sent the same samples for thin section analysis to a second independent lab, and they reported the thin section contained no kimberlite material and labelled the core as a granitoid breccia. In late January, 2020, Peter Hubacheck, RJK’s Project Manager, relogged and reclassified the Paradis Pond drill core to a tuffisitic, sandy kimberlite diatreme breccia, after visual comparison of the Kon 1 kimberlite discovery. Carbonate-rich globular zenoliths containing pelletal picroilmenite were observed in the Paradis Pond core, similar to textures observed in the KON 1 kimberlite pipe discovery. Furthermore, Tony Bishop took many photographs of the mineral crystals in the Paradis core, which were crucial in RJK’s decision to test the core again with a 3rd independent lab. CFM performed attrition milling, heavy media separation, sieving, grain picking, SEM scanning, micro probing and caustic fusion analysis. RJK Explorations will be posting the CFM diamond and diamond indicator minerals results as soon as the final results are received.

As stated in our March 27th, 2020 press release, two bulk samples totalling 266 kg sample of our Kon 1 kimberlite drill core is being sent for diamond and KIM analysis to CFM, contingent on COVID 19 government guidelines that may affect shipping.

Glenn Kasner, RJK’s CEO, stated, “Discovering diamonds has been our primary goal for thirteen months, since RJK began working in the Cobalt region on the Bishop and Kon claims. Drilling the Kon 1 kimberlite in late January/early February gave our consultants a valuable visual comparison, which led to the recommendation that we retest the Paradis Pond core for diamonds. At least eighteen diamonds thought to be natural by CFM, is well beyond our expectations. Our working relationship with CFM has given us the confidence we need to expand our exploration program. I am very confident in the personnel we have assembled, and together, we will continue to work to unlock the diamond and mineral potential of the Cobalt region. I would also like to thank Dr. Charles E. Fipke for reviewing and adding technical edits to this news release.”

Peter Hubacheck elaborated, “Although 22.4 kg is a relatively small sample, the results are quite impressive. To find this unique chemistry including twenty-eight diamond inclusion indicator minerals is encouraging. In addition, the picroilmenites show little resorption conducive for the preservation of higher quality diamonds surviving their transport from the mantle to surface of the Earth’s crust.”

RJK is temporally suspending drilling operations on the Bishop claims due to spring breakup and COVID 19 government mandates. After spring breakup, RJK is planning to initiate a geophysical program including a ground IP survey on the Paradis Pond area to help delineate kimberlite breccia phases in the vicinity of the 2019 drill holes that tested a portion of the drone magnetic low feature. Drilling is anticipated to follow in late spring or early summer.

Mr. Peter Hubacheck, P. Geo., Project Manager for RJK and the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 has approved the geotechnical disclosure in this release.

One common comment RJK receives regarding diamonds is that the last 5 years has been terrible for the sector. Resource investments, in general, are cyclical, and most diamond mines are still very, very profitable, just less so than 4 years ago. Michael McCrae discusses how diamonds appear to be set to rebound:

0:15-2:00 – Michael McCrae introduces his experience as the mining audience and data intelligence manager for KITCO
2:00-2:50 – 5 years of declines in diamonds stocks, now showing signs of a turn around
2:50-5:58 – Supply vs demand statistics, and data showing no replacements for closing mines. Shows supply declining, and income growth increasing, with no new mine output
5:58-9:43 – Fuel cells and platinum demand
9:43-15:05 – Mining Suppliers digitizing
